1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tmtplay website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of the tmtplay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the tmtplay platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from tmtplay or from gambling activities under any relevant regulatory programme.

tmtplay reserves the right to request age verification and identity documentation from any account holder at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified against the eligibility criteria above may be suspended pending investigation, and any funds held in unverified accounts may be withheld until verification is complete. False declarations of eligibility are a serious breach of these Terms.

3 Your TMTPlay Account

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account with tmtplay. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts, and a permanent ban from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for keeping your tmtplay account credentials confidential. This includes your password, one-time passwords sent via SMS, and any other authentication codes. Never share this information with another person, including tmtplay support staff — tmtplay will never ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact tmtplay support immediately.

3.3 Accurate Information

The personal information you provide to tmtplay must be accurate, current, and complete at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the payment methods registered to your account. Providing false or misleading information to tmtplay at any stage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account action up to and including permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

tmtplay is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of its compliance obligations. You may be requested to provide a government-issued ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, UMID, or similar), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification. tmtplay aims to process KYC documents promptly, but complex cases may take longer.

4 Deposits

tmtplay accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted under any circumstances. Funds deposited from a third-party source will be held, the account suspended, and the matter investigated.

• Minimum deposit: ₱500 (unless otherwise specified for a particular method or promotion)
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically reflected in your tmtplay account within minutes
• Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution
• tmtplay does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own charges

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your tmtplay account can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the verified identity on your tmtplay account. tmtplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.1 Processing Times

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within a few hours of request approval
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers: Typically processed within the same business day or next business day
• Other methods: Up to 3–5 business days depending on the payment provider

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

tmtplay may require full KYC verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. This is standard compliance practice and not a punitive measure. Providing the required documentation promptly will avoid delays.

5.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds credited to your tmtplay account under a bonus or promotional offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements for each offer are stated in the promotion's terms at the time the bonus is claimed. A withdrawal request submitted while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tmtplay offers various promotions to new and existing members including welcome deposit bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions. The following general rules apply to all tmtplay bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and cannot be claimed multiple times.
• tmtplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• All bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the stated wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering with bonus funds on certain game types (such as progressive jackpots or specific live games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — check each promotion's specific terms.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system — including deliberately losing bets to meet wagering requirements while hedging across outcomes — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and account suspension.

7 Game Play Rules

All games available on tmtplay are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. The following general principles apply across all tmtplay game categories:

7.1 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round at tmtplay, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to your account. tmtplay will follow the certified record of the game server — not the display seen on your device — when determining the outcome of an interrupted round.

7.2 Sports and Sabong Betting

Bets placed on tmtplay's sports markets and live Sabong events are subject to the rules of the specific market and event. For Sabong, the official result declared by the arena referee is final. For NBA and other sports, the result declared by the official governing body is final. tmtplay does not accept responsibility for errors in third-party result feeds, but will correct any settlement error identified within a reasonable investigation period.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a tmtplay game result has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Contact tmtplay support with the relevant round or bet reference number and a description of the issue.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account at tmtplay under the same or different identities
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Participating in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activity designed to disguise the origin of funds deposited at tmtplay
• Accessing or using the tmtplay platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Allowing another person to access or use your tmtplay account
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the tmtplay platform in ways not intended for normal player use
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in tmtplay games or systems — including failing to report a discovered error and knowingly benefiting from it
• Colluding with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage
• Charging back a deposit through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings generated from that deposit
• Any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting on events available at tmtplay

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension and Termination

tmtplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable period
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Extended periods of account inactivity (as defined in the applicable inactivity policy)

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including bonus funds and winnings generated from fraudulent or prohibited activity — may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative or eligibility reasons without fault, balances will be returned after deducting applicable fees and verifying the withdrawal channel.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tmtplay may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, platform features, or operational requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email or a notice on the tmtplay platform at least 7 days before taking effect where practicable. Continued use of the tmtplay platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
